CARBONSAVE SOLUTIONS PUT WHEELS IN MOTION TO SAVE MONEY AND THE ENVIROMENT

Company Introduces Kinetic Fuel Conditioning Products To Local Authorties, Waste Managers And Fleet Managers

Carbonsave Solutions have introduced a range of fuel conditioning products to the UK market which help to increase combustion efficiency and reduce harmful emissions. As pressure on the Public Sector industry mounts to reduce both its costs and it carbon footprint Carbonsave Solutions offers an answer.

Kinetic Kleen and Boost liquid products can be added to any hydro-carbon based fuels: petrol, diesel, bunker fuel, bio-diesel or ethanol-petrol blends to increase mileage and lower harmful emissions. It is not a fuel additive nor does it alter or modify the fuel in any way. It causes no harm to the boiler or engine it is used in and is 100% organic.

Kinetic Boost has been scientifically tested under stringent laboratory conditions and is proven to improve fuel economy by 7-14%, increase engine power and reduce harmful emissions by 75%. Carbonsave Solutions brought the product to the UK at the end of 2009 and spent the first six months of this year conducting field trials before launching Kinetic Kleen and Kinetic Boost at FutureSource 2010 in June.

Chris Slater, Carbonsave's Director of Testing & Implementation, explains how the product works.

"If you look at the action of a petrol, diesel or bio-fuel internal combustion engine, the four cycles involved are the intake cycle, the compression cycle, the power cycle and the exhaust cycle. What actually happens in an internal combustion engine without Kinetic Boost is that the power cycle does not complete within the combustion chamber, causing carbon build-up, increased fuel consumption and harmful emissions. In fact, if you look closely, you'll see fire coming out of the exhaust system during the exhaust cycle.

"Now, once the Kinetic Boost
liquid is placed into the fuel, it disperses and becomes a catalyst in the fuel itself. Once in the combustion chamber, it cleans the carbon build-up and accelerates the combustion. This creates a cleaner exhaust, reduced exhaust emissions, and a reduction in exhaust temperature which increases the efficiency of the engine, lowering fuel consumption and exhaust emissions."

The technology behind Kinetic Boost is currently in action in many work arenas - from road construction, demolition, power generation and mining (in fact almost anywhere where fuelled industrial equipment is in use) to transport industries such as trucking, bus companies, public service vehicles and ocean-going ships. Now UK businesses have the opportunity to reduce their costs and fulfill their environmental remit simultaneously.

Stuart Southern, Managing Director of Carbonsave Solutions says

“In these economically difficult times we believe we offer a solution to businesses of how to balance financial costs with the cost of promoting the company’s’ ever more important environmental image. By helping businesses increase fuel combustion efficiency, reduce fuel costs and exhaust emissions we will enable them to save money, comply with EU and UK Government directives regarding controls of harmful emissions and promote the reduction of their businesses carbon-footprint.”

Note:

Carbonsave Solutions was formed in 2009 by Stuart Southern (Manager Director), Kevin Betts (Director of Strategy) and Chris Slater (Director of Testing & Implementation). Each with their own unique backgrounds in business they wanted to create a company that helps other businesses not only reduce their bottom line but fulfil their environmental responsibility at the same time.

Carbonsave Solutions Ltd hold international rights for the marketing and distribution of Kinetic Kleen and Kinetic Boost liquid to hauliers and fleet managers for use in all engines from trucks, buses, refuse collection wagons & delivery vans to ocean-going ships and construction site vehicles - In fact, anything with an internal combustion engine, and all with the same result: reduced fuel consumption and reduced harmful emissions.

Kinetic Boost:

Improves fuel economy 7-14%

Reduces harmful emissions by up to 75%

Improves octane rating

Increases engine power

Protects valves

Is effectively tested and 100% organic

Works with petrol, diesel, marine diesel, bio-diesel and ethanol-gasoline blends

Kinetic Boost can be supplied in capsule/granule form for users without fuel stock holding tanks.

Kinetic Kleen and Kinetic Boost are already successfully used in both Australia and America proving a vital asset to the businesses using them.

When Kinetic Kleen and Boost liquid is placed into fuel it disperses and becomes a catalyst in the fuel itself. Once in the combustion chamber, it cleans the carbon build-up and accelerates the combustion by coating the reacting surfaces. This creates a cleaner exhaust, reduced exhaust emissions, and a reduction in exhaust temperature which, in turn, increases the efficiency of the engine, lowering fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, and increasing horsepower.

Carbonsave is currently running field trials with several organisations, including two local authorities with refuse and street cleaning vehicles. Each vehicle has been initially dosed with Kinetic Kleen to fast-track the cleansing process before Kinetic Boost is applied.

During the trials, the dosing will be done manually, however once the whole fleet is using Kinetic Boost, it will be delivered by the automated dose and metering system direct into the stock holding tank.

The Kinetic Kleen and Boost liquid products can be offered on a low cost, professionally monitored, trial basis over a four to six week period. Payback of interest can be achieved in a matter weeks.

One large international retailer who uses 2.5M litres a month has saved 9% on fuel costs.

Case studies are available to view via our website.

The company’s ultimate aim is to increase fuel combustion efficiency, reduce fuel costs and exhaust emissions, extend payback life of capital equipment, enable compliance with emission regulations and subsequent trading of carbon credits.
